Although this may seem simplistic, exercise is the key to a host of health benefits. According to the Harvard Men’s Health Watch newsletter, research confirms that regular aerobic exercise can exhilarate and relax, stimulate and calm you, counter depression and relieve stress. Almost any exercise will do. Try walking to start (15 minutes going and 15 minutes coming), or rev up your engines with a little light jogging. And to boost your chosen exercise’s mental health benefits, claim this time as your own or meet up with a friend and work out together. Bottom line is: Just get moving!
